As a dual-clamped model with 180 degree inversion the FSDC Pallet Inverter is used to create a larger jaw opening range allowing loads from 24" to 78" in height to be handled. Add to this the fact that loads of up to 4500lbs can be transferred makes this machine one of Premiers most versatile. With a rugged and robust construction the FSDC is built to work in exacting environments.
If you are a client for whom loading from floor level is important especially by pallet truck then the FSDC pallet inverter may be exactly what you require as this machine avoids the need for expensive forklift use around your warehouse or loading bay.

When you need one machine type to deal with a wide variety of loads
This machine come in three basic formats. The FSDC Inverter’s ramp loaded version is suitable for goods which cannot be squeezed too tightly and may need to be supported by the side wall during inversion.
The second basic format is the floor-flush table model which is even easier to load by pallet truck but the pallet must sit in the middle of the load table so it works best with product clamped tightly.
The FSDC Pallet Inverter is also available in a third option as a FLT loaded format when it can be used with wider ranging load heights than the FS. It can also be customised with bigger load tables and a greater jaw opening.
FS stands for Free Standing meaning that this inverter is totally stable without floor fixture. However, most users find a permanent location for the machine and it is most often bolted to the floor. Stainless steel, hot zinc spray and Steel It paint are all options with the FSDC.
