The DD1.25 Inverter is a lightweight, easily transportable model which loads either by forklift truck or at ground level by pallet truck. The dual loading tables open to just 4" above ground level making it accessible by a ramp.
With a loading capacity of 2750lbs it is best suited to lighter load lower volume applications. Having said that, it will transfer a load in under 2 minutes and we have many of these systems out in the field handling 200 to 300 loads a week.

The DD1.25 Inverter is capable of handling a total variety of product loads from candy to coffee, beer to babyfood. It can invert boxes, bags glass, plastics or paper with equal ease.
Not only is the DD1.25 lighter, it also works in a smaller operating area so when space is at a premium it comes into its own. Its many users appreciate the enclosed styling which makes it very easy to maintain and clean.

More about the DD 1.25 Pallet Inverter

The DD1.25 Inverter is a 180° model with a "usable" opening between the tables of 75" maximum and 36" minimum. It will handle pallet dimensions up to 48" square. With this specification, we find we can meet a very wide range of customer requirements.

The dual clamping system on the DD1.25 means that the weight is evenly distributed around the pivot point making it equally capable of handling short heavy loads as well as tall lightweight ones.
As with most of our pallet inverters, this model is supplied with guarding attached to the feet of the machine. Forklift tunnels at the rear are designed to make it easy to relocate if necessary.
Many operators will find a permanent site for the Dd1.25 and in these circumstances we commonly supply floor fixed guards and photobeam protection. We are also supplying increasing numbers of machines with semi-automatic controls.
With this system the inverter will run through its complete clamp-turn-unclamp sequence as long as the operator holds his finger on the "run" button. It makes the system easy to use but from a safety aspect the user always has complete control. For less heavy loads and in restricted working space, the DD1.25 Inverter is the perfect answer.
